Order Processing Times

Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the package is entrusted to the courier.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products purchased and the destination country.
  • For free shipping , the system will automatically apply the promotion once the threshold of €95.00 has been exceeded (for Group A countries only).
  • Delivery may take longer during holidays or in adverse weather conditions.
  • We do not currently ship outside the European Union, except Switzerland.
